Episode 36: Ariel Castro & The Seymour Avenue Kidnappings Part 2

Last week we left Michelle Knight chained in Ariel Castro's basement, a month into a captivity nobody outside that house knew was happening. This week, it gets worse before it gets anywhere close to better.

Ariel Castro didn't stop with Michelle. Over the next two years, he abducted two more young women, Amanda Berry and, a year after that, 14-year-old Gina DeJesus, while keeping up a public life as a bus driver, a bandmate, and, in Gina's case, a family friend who joined the search for the girl he'd taken.

This episode, Sam & Briana cover the abductions of Amanda and Gina, nearly a decade of captivity inside the house on Seymour Avenue, the birth of Amanda's daughter, and the afternoon in May 2013 when a neighbor kicked in a door, and it all finally ended — through Castro's arrest, trial, and death in prison months later.
