Episode 30: The LuluLemon Murder

Hey Buds and Meat Bags!

On March 11th, 2011, a closing shift at a Lululemon store in Bethesda, Maryland turned into a brutal crime scene that shocked the community. Jayna Murray, a beloved employee known for her adventurous spirit, kindness, and bright personality, would never make it home that night.

Jayna had built a promising future for herself. She was finishing her education, working as a sales team leader at Lululemon, volunteering, and making an impact everywhere she went. But after returning to the store with her coworker Brittany Norwood to look for a forgotten wallet, something went terribly wrong.

In this episode, Sam & Briana break down the investigation into Jayna’s murder, the evidence that unraveled a false story, and how investigators discovered that the attack inside Lululemon was not what it first appeared to be. From the crime scene evidence to the interrogation that exposed the truth, this case shows how forensic details can reveal what really happened.
